Social Media & Content Executive (Part-time)

Location: Singapore — hybrid; central Singapore office with remote working by arrangement

Influencer Labs is a Singapore-based digital marketing and publishing company. We operate InfluencerLabs.com, an online marketplace where publishers list their websites and advertising products and buyers — mainly SEO agencies, marketing teams and freelancers worldwide — discover and purchase sponsored content and link placements in one place. We have served more than 170 customers across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia since 2024, and we are growing our team in Singapore.

You will own Influencer Labs' organic social media presence and support our content marketing, working directly with the CEO and our operations lead. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, write, design and schedule content independently.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook and X, aligned with marketplace promotions and product updates

• Write and design posts, short-form graphics and simple video using Canva or similar tools

• Schedule and publish through our CRM/scheduling platform; monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Draft 2–4 blog articles or case studies a month for InfluencerLabs.com and partner sites, with SEO keywords provided

• Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth and traffic to the marketplace, and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with publishers and customers for testimonials, features and co-marketing

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years' experience managing organic social media for a B2B or digital-services brand
• Strong written English; able to write clear, engaging copy for a professional audience
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and X content formats and analytics
• Competent with Canva (or equivalent) and a scheduling tool; comfortable learning a CRM
• Interest in SEO, digital publishing or marketing technology is an advantage
• Organised and self-directed — you will manage your own schedule against agreed deliverables
