The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

* Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

* Promote and sell the company’s curtains, blinds, fabrics and related products and services.

* Attend to customer enquiries and understand their requirements.

* Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on potential sales leads.

* Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

* Conduct sales presentations and product introductions to customers.

* Coordinate with customers on product selection, measurements, installation requirements and delivery schedules.

* Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue.

* Manage online and offline marketing activities, including social media and promotional campaigns.

* Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer preferences and industry trends.

* Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, quotations, orders and customer accounts.

* Follow up on outstanding quotations and payments where required.

* Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving sales or service-related issues.

* Achieve individual and company sales targets.

* Perform other sales, marketing and business development duties assigned by management.
