Developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
Coordinate with major Singapore food delivery apps like Granfood and Foodpanda to manage pricing and menu updates
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Handle high-priority customer complaints, feedback, or delivery issues to protect the company's reputation
To oversee the daily business operations, managing staff, controlling budgets, and ensuring customers' satisfaction
Implement cost control measures by reducing food waste and tracking operational budgets to improve profitability
Perform other duties as and when assigned by Company
