Service Engineer (Control Valves)

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, implementation, troubleshooting, and repair of valves and control instruments.
• Plan and execute service jobs in coordination with the Customer Service team.
• Perform valve repairs both in-house and at customer sites.
• Work with internal teams to prepare root cause analysis and service reports.
• Understand customer challenges and develop effective technical solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities for company products, services, and maintenance contracts.
• Follow all workplace health and safety requirements and report unsafe conditions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams while delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of control valves, actuators, and instrumentation/control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer relationship skills.
