lead infrastructure engineer (backup & storage) - 10k

About the job:

• Direct the operational management and continuous evolution of enterprise backup, storage, and disaster recovery architectures supporting mission-critical digital systems.
• Oversee enterprise-level backup and recovery environments, leveraging Commvault Backup & Recovery, Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliances, and Oracle database protection via RMAN and ZDLRA.
• Lead cyber recovery, ransomware mitigation, and disaster recovery execution strategies to maintain robust data resilience and business continuity.
• Administer enterprise storage infrastructure end-to-end, covering capacity planning, performance optimization, resource provisioning, replication, and lifecycle management.
• Drive major incident response, conduct detailed root cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to automate and modernize core systems.

Skills and experience required:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in enterprise infrastructure, with deep, hands-on expertise in enterprise backup & recovery, storage & replication, as well as disaster recovery and infrastructure resilience.
