ASSOCIATE DIGITAL, VIDEO & AI MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a creative, technically capable and results-driven Associate Digital, Video & AI Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our businesses and brands.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, video production, advanced AI tools and business applications. You will work closely with management to develop campaigns, automate marketing processes, generate qualified leads and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan and optimise campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Produce promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, educational content and event highlights
• Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Plan video concepts, scripts, storyboards and content calendars
• Film and edit videos with captions, graphics, music, transitions and calls to action
• Use advanced AI tools for content writing, image generation, video production, voiceovers, research and data analysis
• Develop effective prompts and reusable AI workflows for marketing and business operations
• Create and manage AI chatbots, automated responses and customer-engagement systems
• Use automation platforms to connect marketing, CRM, lead-generation and reporting workflows
• Evaluate new AI platforms and recommend suitable tools for the company
• Support the development of simple business applications using no-code or low-code platforms
• Manage websites, landing pages, online forms and mobile-friendly digital experiences
• Manage CRM systems, customer databases, lead tracking and nurturing campaigns
• Improve website visibility through SEO, content optimisation and user-experience enhancements
• Manage paid advertising budgets and monitor conversions, cost per lead and campaign ROI
• Analyse website, social-media and video performance data
• Prepare marketing reports and present recommendations to management
• Coordinate with designers, sales teams, trainers and external service providers
• Guide junior team members and supervise campaign implementation where required

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, Communications or a related discipline
• At least one to two years of relevant hands-on experience
• Strong digital marketing, content-creation and video-editing skills
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent software
• Practical experience with advanced generative AI tools for text, images, audio and video
• Good knowledge of prompt development, AI-assisted research and workflow automation
• Familiarity with AI agents, chatbots and customer-service automation
• Knowledge of no-code or low-code app platforms is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate or equivalent platforms
• Ability to manage websites, landing pages, online forms and CRM applications
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing and social-media advertising
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical, communication and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them practically
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Leadership or team-supervision experience is an advantage
