GL Operational Finance Executive - 9 months ($5K to $6K) #NJA

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day financial operations of assigned business processes and legal entities.
• Prepare accurate and timely accounting entries to support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and compliant with Group accounting policies and IFRS.
• Support statutory audits and assist in maintaining compliance with internal controls and SOX/ICFR requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reporting deadlines are met.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA Australia) is an advantage
