Job Responsibilities:

Ability to brew Coffee, to do espresso extraction, latte art in a nice and beautiful way
To prepare and innovate all other drinks
Ability to build rapport with customers and to welcome and inform them about our beans and our products.
Cleaning and restocking work at the coffee section, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
In charge of opening and closing shifts one certain days
To innovate and build a portfolio of beverage
To build the beverage menu and brand
To recruit and train new comers
Placing orders to suppliers
