Job Title: TELEMARKETING SALESPERSON

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Office-based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Monthly Salary: S$1,500 – S$2,200

Salary will be commensurate with experience and track record.

Additional performance-based commission applies.

ZY Future International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and proactive TELEMARKETING SALESPERSON ( Business Development Executive ) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building employer relationships, and supporting the growth of our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential employer clients to introduce the company’s recruitment services

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and employer accounts

  • Connect with HR personnel, business owners, and other relevant decision-makers

  • Understand clients’ hiring and manpower requirements

  • Generate job orders and business leads for the recruitment team

  • Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email

  • Arrange client appointments and meetings

  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients

  • Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to support successful placements and service delivery

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with outbound calling and business development activities

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

  • Able to work independently and manage follow-ups consistently

  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or recruitment will be an advantage

  • Good command of English

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business contacts

  • Proficient in basic computer applications, email, and messaging tools
