Established F&B / Multi-Outlet Environment

We are looking for an experienced Finance leader to support the Finance Director in managing the organisation's financial operations, controls and business performance.

This role requires someone who can go beyond financial reporting and provide commercial insights to management, ideally with experience supporting a multi-outlet F&B, retail or consumer business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance function, including full-set accounts, AP, AR, GL, cash flow and month/year-end closing.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial performance reviews across the business.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, tax, audit and finance processes, while managing external auditors, banks and advisors.
• Partner management on business planning, cost management, cash flow and strategic initiatives, while leading and developing the finance team.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional accounting qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong finance leadership experience with solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience overseeing full-spectrum accounting and financial controls, with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability — able to interpret numbers, identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Experience within F&B, retail, hospitality or other multi-outlet consumer businesses is highly advantageous.

Highly Relevant Experience

Candidates who have managed finance for multiple outlets / business units and understand areas such as outlet profitability, food and labour costs, inventory, gross margins, CAPEX, cash flow and expansion planning.
