ACCOUNT/SALES MANAGER (FACTORY AUTOMATION) – 5 DAYS

We are looking for an Account/Sales Manager to grow business across Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors, building strong relationships with panel builders, system integrators, and consultants while driving strategic account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors

• Build relationships with panel builders, system integrators, consultants, and key stakeholders

• Deliver technical presentations and pre-sales support to communicate product value effectively

• Develop account plans aligned with regional growth targets, collaborating with distributors on indirect sales

• Promote the product portfolio, including terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, and cabinet solutions

• Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer service to align strategies and drive improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field

• Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial automation, panel building, switchgears/substations, or BMS-related industries

• Established network within the panel builder or system integrator community, with existing contacts in local EPC, M&E, or government sectors

• Own vehicle required to facilitate customer visits and field activities

• Preferred: experience pursuing EPC or government tender/project opportunities
