Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate your weekly availability promptly to the manager via WhatsApp to schedule shifts effectively
• Accept delivery orders through Telegram notifications by responding quickly to secure assignments
• Pick up orders from the Punggol kitchen and deliver them accurately and on time to customers islandwide
• Capture and send photo proof of delivery to confirm order completion
• Handle food items carefully to avoid spills, ensure correct items, and maintain clean packaging
• Manage deliveries independently without constant supervision, adapting to variable order volumes
• Maintain your motorcycle in good condition with valid road tax and insurance to ensure safe deliveries
• Use smartphone apps Telegram and WhatsApp efficiently to receive orders and communicate with the team

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Singapore motorcycle license (Class 2B, 2A, or 2)
• Ownership of a motorcycle with valid road tax and insurance
• Smartphone with Telegram and WhatsApp installed
• Singapore Citizen, PR, or valid work pass holder
• Commitment to at least 2 shifts per week
• Willingness to deliver islandwide within a 40 km radius from Punggol
