Key Responsibilities

  • Lead T&C for fire alarm and integrated life safety systems
  • Conduct functional and integrated testing (C&E, BMS, suppression, smoke control, lifts, etc.)
  • Prepare commissioning plans, reports, and documentation
  • Manage commissioning schedule and site activities
  • Supervise engineers/technicians and coordinate with contractors and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with SS 645, Fire Code, and SCDF standards
  • Support authority inspections and system handover
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system faults

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Min. 2-5 years in fire alarm commissioning
  • Knowledge of SS 645, Fire Code, SCDF requirements, and system integration
  • Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills

Advantage

  • Experience in SCDF inspection & handover
  • Knowledge of BMS integration (Modbus/BACnet)
  • Experience in large-scale projects in Singapore
