Business Development Manager | Financial Services

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive agency growth, adviser recruitment and productivity across the business.

This is a strategic role focused on building high-performing advisory teams, strengthening recruitment and retention strategies, and working closely with agency leaders to identify and execute new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive manpower growth, adviser recruitment, retention and productivity.
• Partner with agency leaders to develop and execute business growth plans.
• Develop recruitment, incentive and retention strategies to attract and retain high-performing advisers.
• Lead initiatives across adviser onboarding, development and leadership succession.
• Analyse business and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Work with internal stakeholders on strategic projects and commercial initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of experience in financial services, business development, sales leadership or recruitment, with a strong understanding of financial advisory distribution. A proven track record in growing teams, developing talent and influencing senior stakeholders will be highly valued.
