  • Handle car invoicing for revenue recognition and ad-hoc billing
  • Prepare Cost of Sales (COS) accruals
  • Ensure billing documents are complete and properly authorised
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Post customer receipts accurately
  • Follow up on outstanding debts and collections
  • Check and verify sales commissions
  • Prepare monthly Sales, Cost of Sales (COS) and Gross Profit (GP) reports
  • Analyse Sales, COS and GP performance
  • Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the supervisor
