Key Responsibilities

- Business Development – Manage Business Proposal activities, engage Sponsors and external partners, and support strategies to secure clinical studies

- Costing & Contracting – Develop study costing models, track expenses, and coordinate contracts and related queries.

- Capacity & Resource Planning – Forecast study capacity and resource needs, support study scheduling, and monitor resource utilisation.

- Data Analytics & Reporting – Analyse operational and business performance data, maintain key metrics, and provide insights to Management.

- Digital & Operational Support – Support website/social media activities, ensure compliance, and undertake assigned operational, safety, records, and data protection responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field.

- Experience in early-phase clinical research is preferred.
