Job Scope

  • Oversee daily operations and deployment of around 20 Ward Service Associates
  • Ensure smooth ward service and patient meal operations
  • Manage staff performance and day-to-day operational issues
  • Monitor ward stocks and supplies
  • Work closely with Nursing teams and support quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Service operations / supervisory experience
