LOGISTICS ASSISTANT | UP TO $2,800 + BONUS & BENEFITS

Location: Pioneer

Basic Salary: $2,500 – $2,800/month

12-Hour Fixed Day / Night Shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,500 – $2,800/month
• Sign-On Bonus – paid in tranches upon completion of 6 months and 12 months of service
• Performance Bonus entitlement upon confirmation
• $500 Flexi Benefits upon confirmation
• $100 Forklift Allowance for employees with a valid forklift licence
• Additional overtime may be required depending on operational needs

Working Hours

12-hour Fixed Shifts

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Shift Pattern

Day A1 / Night B1: Work from Sunday to Tuesday, with alternate Wednesday

Day A2 / Night B2: Work from alternate Wednesday to Saturday

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods according to SOPs
• Ensure proper handling of inventory to minimise damage, loss and discrepancies
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory checks
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklifts where appropriately licensed
• Maintain workplace safety, health and security standards
• Keep assigned warehouse areas clean, organised and safe
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure smooth operational continuity
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements and urgent assignments when required
