Events Response Team (ERT) | Contract

About the Role

The ideal ERT agent is a composed, decisive communicator — someone who can manage critical incidents with professionalism, empathy, and authority. Similar to a 911 dispatcher, this role requires excellent judgment, fast thinking, and the ability to coordinate complex responses calmly and clearly. ERT agents are natural problem solvers who remain focused under pressure and instinctively prioritize safety and clear communication in every action.

Key Responsibilities

• Crisis Management: Thinks clearly and acts decisively in emergencies.
• Calm Under Pressure: Demonstrates exceptional emotional control in high-stress or traumatic situations.
• Command Presence: Communicates clearly and authoritatively when directing others.
• Empathy & Sensitivity: Balances firmness with compassion during critical incidents.
• Attention to Detail: Maintains accurate documentation throughout evolving events.
• Multi-Tasking & Prioritization: Juggles multiple inputs (calls, systems, stakeholders) efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3–5 years of experience in public safety dispatch, emergency response, aviation operations, or security operations centers.
• Proven experience handling emergency calls, critical escalations, or multi-party coordination.
• Familiarity with incident management tools, law enforcement coordination, or crisis communication.
• Background in military, police, fire, EMS, or 911 environments a plus.
