Job Summary
You will guide and supervise workers to ensure quality and efficiency in structural and architectural works, driving project success through effective team leadership and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct workers to execute structural and architectural tasks according to project specifications and standards
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow on site
- Communicate clear instructions and provide ongoing support to workers to maintain productivity and workmanship standards
