Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hours per week

Rotating shifts, 4pm-5am (opening or closing shift)

Fulltime, 10 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus

Supervise the daily operations of the lounge and ensure smooth service flow.
Lead and guide the lounge team to maintain good service standards.
Handle operational issues and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Assist with staff scheduling, customer service and daily operational matters.
Monitor the overall cleanliness, presentation and service standards of the lounge.
Ensure customers receive a pleasant and professional experience.

Previous experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar or nightlife environment is preferred.
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be an advantage.
Comfortable working late-night and rotating shifts.
Open to candidates with relevant experience who are willing to work in the nightlife industry.
