Store Operations

• Monday - Sunday (5 days work week)
• Working hours: 8-9 hours per day (between 10am - 10.30pm)

• Basic: $2,000(Commensurate as per experienced)
• Incentives + commissions + attractive benefits
• Average gross salary: $4,000 – $5,500/month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience

• Deliver friendly, personalised service to every customer
• Understand needs and recommend suitable products
• Build strong customer relationships & loyalty

Beauty Consultation

• Provide makeup, skincare & fragrance recommendations
• Shade match and suggest routines based on customer needs
• Share product knowledge, tips & trends confidently

Sales Performance

• Achieve individual sales targets & KPIs
• Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
• Promote membership programmes & campaigns

Product & Trend Knowledge

• Stay updated on latest beauty trends and launches
• Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade skills

Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and support daily retail operations
• Assist with cashiering duties when required
