We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their shipping and logistics needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the company, clients, and overseas agents to facilitate smooth shipping operations.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide shipping quotes, and process bookings in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, documentation) to ensure shipments are executed according to plan.

• Proactively update customers on shipment status and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

• Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports using MS Excel.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Nitec, ITE or Diploma in any discipline.

• Experience: Entry-level are welcome! Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.

• Personality: We are looking for an outspoken and service-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with people and building rapport.

• Skills: Computer literate with a willingness to learn. Proficiency in

  MS Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data entry) is required.

• Attitude: A positive learning attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are key to succeeding in this role.
