Corporate Safety / HSE Manager

Overview

Corporate Safety / HSE Manager to lead the company's Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) function across multiple building projects. The role is responsible for driving corporate HSE initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting project teams to achieve excellent safety performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the company's HSE policies, procedures and management systems.
• Oversee HSE performance across multiple building projects and provide guidance to project safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, MOM regulations and company standards.
• Lead internal audits, site inspections and management reviews.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
• Drive safety campaigns, training programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
• Support tender teams by reviewing project HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• HSE experience in Singapore's building construction industry, including corporate HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, risk management and incident investigation.
• Experience managing multiple building projects within an A1 main contractor environment.

• Familiarity with government, commercial, residential or institutional building projects.
