We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to support procurement and contracting activities for EPC projects for 6 months. The role will support sourcing activities, tender management, supplier engagement, contract administration, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement in compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement and contracting activities for EPC projects, from sourcing through contract award and execution.
  • Manage tender processes, including preparation of RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
  • Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
  • Support contract administration activities, including contract implementation, amendments, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
  • Assist in procurement planning, spend analysis, reporting, and tracking of procurement activities.
  • Participate in supplier negotiations to achieve competitive commercial terms and support project objectives.
  • Manage procurement activities within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of purchasing activities.
  • Support supplier performance monitoring and identify opportunities for procurement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities align with business and project requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in procurement supporting EPC, engineering, construction, oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
  • Experience in tendering, contract administration, supplier management, and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with procurement practices, commercial terms, and contract management.
  • Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Available to start work immediately.
