Salary: Up to $6,000/month (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager level)

Full-Time Position

Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to drive customer business plans, execute trade promotions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise commercial performance.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical and coordination skills, and has a passion for retail, FMCG, and trade marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Marketing Execution

• Support the development and management of annual and monthly trade marketing calendars and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, principals, and customers to plan and execute promotional activities while securing optimal in-store visibility.
• Liaise across cross-functional teams to align promotional mechanics, objectives, pricing strategies, and timelines.
• Track campaign and channel sales performance, analysing actual results against forecasts.
• Support the Demand & Supply Planning cycle by aligning forecasts with trade activities and stock availability.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain accurate trade spend records and support month-end reporting to ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct post-promotion analysis and ROI evaluations to support future trade planning.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on key action items, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Assist in preparing demand forecasts and trade calendar presentations for management review.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Prior experience in FMCG trade marketing, channel marketing, or commercial roles will be preferred.
