As a Civil & Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and resilient rail infrastructure solutions across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. You will contribute to the design, analysis, and delivery of complex civil and structural engineering works throughout the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning to detailed design and construction support. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with internal specialists, clients, and key stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes on major rail and transportation infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity
· Deliver structural design solutions for a variety of infrastructure and transportation projects, with a focus on rail and MRT developments.
· Prepare and review structural design calculations in accordance with Eurocode standards and relevant Singapore design requirements.
· Coordinate effectively with architects, geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure integrated design delivery.
· Produce technical reports, design documentation, and project correspondence to support project requirements and authority submissions.
· Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior engineers and design teams while providing technical guidance and construction-stage support where required.

Is this role right for you?
· A Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
· At least 10 years of structural engineering experience, including significant involvement in MRT, railway, or major transportation infrastructure projects in Singapore.
· Proven expertise in the design and delivery of underground structures such as MRT stations, cut-and-cover tunnels, shafts, and associated facilities from concept through construction.
· Strong technical capability in structural analysis and design software such as ROBOT, SAFE, or equivalent finite element modelling tools, together with a sound understanding of Singapore codes and LTA requirements.
· Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor teams and manage complex engineering packages with minimal supervision.
