- Managing the quality of project works
- Communicating with clients, developers, architects and engineers
- Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers
- Adhering to project time schedule
- Visiting and inspecting building sites
- Reporting on site progress to Project Manager
- Coordinating and managing sub-contractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering or building science is preferred
- 5 years’ experience in construction required
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction project management
- Knowledge of CAD, Microsoft office, project
