Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service operations to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve and exceed performance targets
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and productivity to optimize workforce management
• Resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team skills and performance
• Maintain service quality standards and enforce company policies consistently
• Coordinate with management to align team activities with operational goals and business objectives
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify improvement areas
• Monitor inventory levels, equipment condition, and workplace cleanliness to support operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requiredcompetencies and certifications

• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the service industry
