Design & Commercial Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Design& Commercial Executive to support design development, costing, procurement, project coordination, and team management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the design and commercial team to ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Prepare design drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Source materials and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate and compare supplier quotations based on pricing, quality, specifications, and lead time.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Support project and site coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
• Follow up with clients and provide updates on project and commercial matters.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, costings, procurement, and project documents.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in design, costing, procurement, project coordination, or team leadership will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good leadership, numerical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
