Outlet Supervisor

Salary: S$2,800 – S$4,200 (commensurate with experience)

Working Location: Island-wide (Assigned outlet will be discussed during the interview.)

Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* Lead, supervise, train and motivate the outlet team to achieve excellent performance and customer service.

* Monitor outlet sales, productivity and operating costs to achieve business targets.

* Ensure high standards of service, treatments and technical quality are consistently maintained.

* Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally.

* Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily manpower requirements.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety and overall presentation of the outlet.

* Monitor inventory levels, place orders and minimise product wastage.

* Ensure company SOPs, operational procedures and customer service standards are strictly followed.

* Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations for outlet staff.

* Assist in interviewing, recruiting and onboarding new team members.

* Prepare outlet reports and work closely with Management to improve sales, operations and customer satisfaction.

* Perform other operational duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

* Relevant supervisory or management experience in the hair, beauty, nail, retail or service industry is preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.

* Able to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Responsible, proactive and results-oriented.

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
