Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Designwith 4–6 years of relevant experience in interior design.
  • Strong creative flair, excellent color sense, space planning, and design documentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, 3D software, and experienced in preparing tender/construction drawing packages for commercial offices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and design presentation skills; a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality results.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and develop design concepts and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and ensure quality finishes.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, construction drawings, and assist with tender processes and site observations.
  • Capable of managing projects independently, from design conceptualization and development through to completion.
