Aboutthe Role

TTAM is seeking a legal intern to join theLegal team, supporting our LP-side fund-of-funds practice. This internshipoffers hands-on exposure to public and private funds documentation and theopportunity to build a practical research skillset in fund terms analysis.

Duration: 3 months, with option to extend as necessary

Reporting Line: Legal Department (In-house Counsel)

Key Responsibilities

· Review and summarise investment funddocumentation (LPAs, side letters, PPMs, subscription agreements) into astructured, searchable knowledge database

· Assist with legal knowledgemanagement aspects under supervision

· Assist with ad hoc legal researchtasks under supervision

Candidate Profile

· Currently pursuing an LLB or JD,Year 3 or above (or equivalent final-year standing)

· Strong attention to detail;comfortable working with dense contractual documents

· Interest in private funds, assetmanagement, or financial regulation

· Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel

· Comfortable working with AI-enabledtools and technologies as part of day-to-day workflows

· Prior exposure to fund documentationor ILPA principles advantageous but not required
