HR Officer (Public Agency, Entry Level)

Exciting HR exposure in a public agency, training provided!

• Up to $3,500 per month
• 3-month contract in the first instance, renewable for another 9 months
• Central Area
• Mon - Fri, office hours

• Coordinate end-to-end administrative and logistical support for Performance Management, Talent Management, Board Appointments, and Job Grading initiatives.
• Liaise with divisions and agencies to collect, consolidate, and manage HR-related documentation, job descriptions, and information.
• Prepare HR documents and communications, including promotion certificates, posting memos, emailers, announcements, and intranet content updates.
• Manage records, maintain databases, process board appointment submissions, and ensure compliance with Public Service guidelines and approval processes.
• Organise meetings, engagement sessions, training, and overseas trip administration, while providing timely support in addressing staff and agency enquiries.

• Possesses a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant disciplines.
• Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
