The Job

• Assist customers with banking enquiries and day-to-day service requests
• Guide customers on the use of digital banking platforms, including mobile banking, online banking, and self-service channels
• Support customers with registration, setup, and navigation of digital banking services
• Promote digital adoption and educate customers on cashless payment solutions
• Troubleshoot basic digital banking issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Proactively engage customers to enhance their banking experience and increase awareness of digital solutions
• Gather customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives
• Identify customer needs and refer relevant banking solutions to the appropriate teams
