Senior Accounts Executive (Min 2 yrs exp)

Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Boon Lay

Salary: Up to $3,400 + $90 (Transport Allowance) + AWS + VB

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Petty Cash Claim listing for reimburse staff and worker's expenses by submit report to HR for salary pay out.
• Prepare Accounts Payable schedule and ensure the credit note or insurance claim is received.
• Prepare Singapore Customs GST payments information monthly for quarterly GST reporting.
• Pass data entry and journal for all reimbursement for employee's expenses claim from Accounts Payable model inD365.
• Perform 3-way matching for trade payable purchase
• Match vendor delivery order with invoice ensures correct receiving quantity and Purchase Price
• Inform Purchaser or Supplier if any dispute on Vendor invoices
• Review and pass purchase journal in D365
• Monitor unmatched product receipt and clear before monthly closing
• Data entry of Expenses into D365
• Photocopy Trade Invoices and third parties’ expenses invoices
• Issues Purchases Order for Fixed Assets and generate Fixed Assets code
• Conduct Yearly Fixed Assets sighting
• Conduct Yearly stock Count Exercise

Requirement

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting role
