Urgent!! Finance Assistant (AR/ West area)

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with customer account reconciliation and collection procedures.
• Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of invoices.
• Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers on a timely basis.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, particularly for online trading platforms.
• Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with sales personnel and customers to manage collections and resolve payment-related issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing, payment, and account inquiries.
• Update and record cash and bank transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and issue credit notes to customers, including stock-related credit notes.
• Assist in the calculation and verification of sales commissions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation and assist in handling audit inquiries by providing supporting documents and information as required.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and other accounting-related duties.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and other related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
