Executive Search Consultant (360 Recruitment) – Independent Contractor

We are seeking experienced recruitment professionals who are passionate about business development, executive search and relationship management to join us as Independent Executive Search Consultants.

This is a fully remote, commission-based independent contractor opportunity offering the flexibility to build your own client portfolio while collaborating with a growing boutique firm serving regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own portfolio of client organisations.

• Identify and secure new executive search and recruitment assignments.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development through successful placement.

• Conduct executive search, talent mapping and candidate engagement activities.

• Advise clients on recruitment strategies, talent availability and market insights.

• Collaborate with fellow consultants on regional and cross-border recruitment assignments where appropriate.

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.

• A proven ability to develop business and build lasting client relationships.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• A professional and client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• An established professional network within one or more industries will be an advantage.

• A valid Singapore CEI certification where required for the work undertaken.
