Customer Care Executive (Entry lvl, 12 months, Lifescience)

• Contract: 12 months
• Location: Buona Vista
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm
• Salary: $3,000–$3,500 per month
• Benefit: One-month completion bonus upon successful contract completion

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from submission through fulfilment and delivery
• Respond to enquiries regarding quotations, pricing, stock availability, deliveries, invoices and returns
• Keep customers updated on their orders and provide solutions for delays or other issues
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse teams to meet delivery commitments
• Work with Finance to resolve billing, credit and payment-related matters
• Maintain accurate order and customer information within the company’s systems
• Support service targets and identify ways to improve customer care processes
• Use digital tools, automation and AI solutions to simplify routine work where appropriate

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline
• Customer-oriented with strong phone and email communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems is advantageous
