Role Purpose

We are looking for Operations Trainees to support the planning and execution of events. Trainees will gain practical experience in event operations, ticketing, ushering and customer service while developing project and event management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, registration and daily event operations.
• Support ticketing duties, including ticket checks, guest verification and queue management.
• Usher guests to designated areas and provide directions when required.
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Assist with crowd control and maintain an orderly event environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Support post-event activities, including teardown, attendance reporting and feedback collection.

• No previous event experience is required; training will be provided.
