No experience/Diploma in precision/mechanical/mechatronic/electrical/electronic/Industrial or related engineering

Responsible for performing duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of customers, understand customer specific requirement and expectation to deliver “Customer satisfaction and complaint.
Analyse and proper handling of customer complaint, return products and corrective action verification and tracking of customer Engineering change to ensure the ECN is implement.
To lead and provide support to customer audit and participate in new projects: PPAP submission to understand meet customer quality requirements.
Access and manage all customer web quality reporting and co-ordinate with internal team on new updated documents.
