Job Summary

Red Dot Penguins seeks a driven and detail-oriented Senior/Finance Executive to enhance finance operations and support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment processes and execute financial transactions accurately to ensure timely and compliant operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including Corporate Tax reporting, to support regulatory compliance and business insights
• Oversee budgeting by allocating department budgets based on financial forecasts to optimize resource use
• Develop, implement, and maintain Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Research, apply for, and manage government grants and funding opportunities to maximize financial support
• Support financial planning and business decision-making by providing relevant financial data and analysis

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Knowledge of Singapore corporate tax and grants
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Independent, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with teams
