System Analyst

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Gather, document, and validate user requirements through meetings and discussions with stakeholders.

Design, develop, and recommend system solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with software developers, testers, and project managers throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC).

Prepare system documentation, process flow diagrams, user manuals, and technical specifications.

Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation of new systems.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while providing technical support to users.

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability, security, and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and upgrades.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related role.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, process mapping, and documentation.

Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.

Familiarity with UML, Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in ERP, CRM, or enterprise application implementation is an advantage.
