RESPONSIBILITIES

The Segments and Market Development team, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing individual to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work on the national donation and volunteering platform, giving.sg that enables the giving of time, skills, money, voice and networks to address needs in the community. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, data, strong analytical skills and is a strong team player. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, develop business and marketing strategies, and assist in coordinating and monitoring execution.

The role is responsible for monitoring the performance of campaigns and opportunities on the giving.sg platform and developing plans that will help to grow new donors and volunteers for the giving.sg. In essence, the individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the business growth of the platform.

Key Job Titles and Core Duties

Performance Marketing Strategist

  • Monitor campaign performance
  • Formulate data-driven marketing plans across channels, focussing on digital marketing, working closely with the Marketing team
  • Tracks performance via analytics incl but not limited to click rates, conversion metrics etc
  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis (when needed).
  • Collaborates with creative teams to optimize underperforming funnel

Data, Insights & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyse platform performance using data
  • Develop insights and recommendations to improve donor and volunteer numbers
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels, partner activations, and campaign formats, and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Support experimentation (e.g. A/B testing of messages, formats, or partner approaches) to refine audience targeting and positioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications team to support partnership initiatives, e.g. campaign activations on social media platforms
  • Work with Customer Experience & Fulfilment and Digital Innovation teams to surface user insights that inform feature development and platform enhancements
  • Surface early-stage user insights (e.g. motivations, barriers, engagement triggers) to inform journey design, feature development, and platform enhancements on giving.sg.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, partnerships, or stakeholder management roles, preferably in consumer-facing, platform, digital, or ecosystem-based environments
  • Strong track record of developing, executing and analysing marketing data and plans, delivering measurable outcomes and results
  • Comfortable working with data to assess opportunities, monitor results, and refine marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, results-driven with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking skills, with confidence engaging both internal and external partners
