Locum Occupational Therapists (North and East Locations) - Singaporean/PR only

We are recruiting Locum Occupational Therapists to support established nursing home and senior care services across multiple locations in Singapore (North and East locations).

Both full-time and part-time assignments are available:

• Full-time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Part-time: 2-3 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Duration: Two years with an option to extend

Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Assessment: Conduct initial, routine and ad-hoc occupational therapy assessments for clients.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualised, goal-oriented occupational therapy care plans based on each client’s needs and functional status.
• Direct Client Care: Provide occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to: rehabilitation in activities of daily living (ADLs), prescription of adaptive equipment to aid in independence where appropriate, conduct cognitive assessment and interventions, promote activity participation through engagement in activities of interests.
• Reassessment: Perform regular reassessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Program Planning and Training: Design and implement group and individual therapy programs, and provide training to clients, caregivers, and therapy staff on ADL facilitation.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPC Registration
• At least two-three years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Passionate about Occupational Therapy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in local languages will be an advantage
• Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning and education in the field of Occupational Therapy
