Business Development Director

We are a fast-growing mass catering company serving 3000-4000 pax daily to Indian and Bangladesh workers in dormitories. We need a BDD to drive new dorm contracts, manage key accounts, and grow revenue with construction companies, dorm operators, and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & New Business: Identify and secure new contracts with worker dormitories, construction firms, and MOM-approved operators for daily catering

Key Account Management: Own relationships with existing dorm clients. Ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and upselling of meals, tea-break, and event catering

Tender & Proposal: Prepare and submit tenders for dorm catering, MOM tenders, and corporate projects. Pricing, costing, menu, and contract negotiation

Market Development: Build network with dorm operators, contractors, MOM, SFA, and industry associations. Understand Indian + Bangladesh worker food preferences and compliance needs

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Catering Manager, Head Chef, and Operations to ensure service delivery meets sales promise

Revenue & Targets: Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Focus on volume: 1000-4000 pax contracts

Compliance: Ensure proposals meet MOM dorm catering rules, SFA food safety, and halal requirements

Reporting: Forecast, pipeline, and sales reports to Management/Directors
