System Analyst (Contract)

Experienced Test Program Manager with 10+ years of expertise leading large-scale testing programs for banking, AML, compliance, and enterprise software transformation initiatives. Proven ability to manage end-to-end System test strategy, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and multi-vendor teams across global programs. Strong background in NICE Actimize implementations, regulatory compliance testing, release management, and quality assurance leadership, ensuring successful program outcomes and regulatory readiness.

• Define and govern enterprise-wide test strategies, plans, and quality frameworks for AML, compliance, and banking transformation programs.
• Lead end-to-end testing across SIT, UAT, Regression, Migration, and Production Readiness phases, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple testing workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs on time and within agreed quality standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with business, compliance, technology, operations, and executive leadership teams through regular governance and status reporting.
• Oversee defect management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation processes to minimize delivery risks and production defects.
• Ensure test environment readiness, test data management, automation enablement, and release coordination across multiple platforms and geographies.
• Support AML and regulatory compliance initiatives by validating business rules, workflows, alert generation, and case management processes.
• Mentor test managers, QA leads, and testing teams while establishing best practices, quality metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Exposure to Actimize development, workflow configuration, and compliance solution implementation.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and multi-vendor delivery models.
