We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Exhibition Project Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping businesses showcase their brands through innovative exhibition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend exhibitions and industry networking events to generate new leads.

Client Consultation

• Meet clients to understand their exhibition objectives, branding requirements, and project budgets.
• Provide professional advice on exhibition concepts, booth layouts, materials, and project solutions.
• Prepare creative project briefs for the design team.
• Present design concepts and quotations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.

Project Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure client expectations are met.
• Coordinate project timelines and communicate progress to clients.
• Support clients before, during, and after each exhibition to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with exhibitors and event organizers.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Encourage repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Events Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience. Experience in exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, advertising, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Possess good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
