Senior Physiotherapist / Physiotherapist [SL]

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate physiotherapy treatment programmes for adult patients requiring rehabilitation.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and apply clinical reasoning to develop individualised rehabilitation plans.
• Provide physiotherapy interventions for patients with conditions such as stroke, fractures, post-surgical deconditioning, dementia, and other rehabilitation needs.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care and effective discharge planning.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation programmes, mobility, exercise, and strategies to promote functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies.
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to junior Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Assistants, and physiotherapy students, where applicable.
• Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum a degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full Registration with AHPC.
