Dy Head / Head of Counselling

Handling incoming help call line and help emails,
Conduct proper intake and assessment of client presenting issues,
Develop & implement intervention plans towards the fulfilment of therapeutic goals together with clients
Provide individual, couple and family counselling,
Conduct support group works
Maintain proper cases and group works recordings
Facilitate referrals for clients to additional services that align with their specific needs
Support the building of partnerships with other community organizations
Prepare / deliver talks and workshops on addiction
Conduct research to increase understanding on and improve therapeutic practice in addiction and counselling-related matters
Attending regular supervision and professional development opportunities
Work collaboratively with other departments to support programmes and corporate events,
Contribute to the development, review and enhancement of workflows, outreach strategies and service guidelines to improve OHC's programmes
Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as required by the Management
